I was really stressing about buying a new house and selling our old home. I wasnβt really prepared or remembered anything about the process. Lupe Cano helped with every step of the way from educating us on how to prep our old home to sell to then really listening to us on our needs in a new house. She was so patient and reassuring that we would have a smooth transition from the sale of our old home to the purchase of our new home. We went back to a particular home three times and Lupe met us there with no problem. She helped us stage our old home by giving us tips on what buyers were looking for and we sold it within a couple months! I was a full time employee, with a family and going to school for my Masters but I will say that the process with selling and buying a home with Lupe was less stress! She made it so easy! -
