Luisa did a great job helping us sell our home. Her staging was amazing, especially since we left the house empty. She offered us suggestions about how to get the most for our home but was very respectful and let us ultimately make all decisions without feeling strong armed in any way. And she and Josh run a great open house, complete with cotton candy. She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented which makes her a great realtor. We would definitely use her again!

I can not say enough good words about Luisa!!! She has a keen eye for details and identified more things than an inspector. I had to laugh when she took a marble out of her pocket to test the foundation. She was a true advocate for us and had patience for all our questions. She was very realistic with pricing and had justification for negotiations. She listened to our concerns and quickly addressed. When walking through homes she can picture things in her head when I could not. She had great contacts for anything needed and continued to go above and beyond even after closing on the home.I HIGHLY recommend her for buying your home. We are very grateful.

I was randomly assigned to Luisa Condotta by Realtor.com by merely posing a question, but soon decided I had won the lottery! Luisa helped my family find and negotiate the purchase of a one-acre, multi-generational property in the NW San Antonio - at less than the asking price! I had not initially planned to use a buyer’s agent, but because we lived halfway across the state of Texas from where we wanted to buy our new home during a hot real estate market, Luisa soon proved to be essential to the process. And along the way, I found her to be one of the most charming and gracious people I have ever met! Luisa is brilliant - both an avid listener and excellent communicator - and she has preternatural organization and time-management skills. Luisa will make you her priority, respond thoroughly and effectively to your many pesky texts and will jump on new listings to give you a fighting chance to make your earliest and best offer. Luisa is simply incredible. We needed to quickly find a single story home in a guarded community for my mother after losing her husband. Luisa found numerous properties and quickly narrowed our search to find the perfect home. She has an extensive network of referrals for any contracted work, as well as inspection, plumbing, pest control, and HVAC services that are top notch. Anything you could need or desire. She walked us through every step of the buying process, before, during, and after closing. She is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to contacts, even after business hours. We were so impressed, we immediately enlisted her help to sell my mothers previous home. We closed on the new house in record time, and sold the previous home within 5 days of listing. Amazing service. We could not be more pleased, and will be using her excellent services again when my husband and I are ready to downsize.

We met Luisa and Josh at an open house they hosted. She reached out later and helped us get started looking at houses. What we like about Luisa is her honesty and genuinely care about her buyers. She brought up things about the houses we saw that we had not thought of, even though they might cause us to change our minds about the house. For example, have we considered how the detached garage would impact us or if the house is close to the main street, how that might interrupt our sleep. We have purchased multiple houses in the past but none of the realtors had given the personal touch into the closing and possession experience as much as Luisa did. I recommend Luisa if youre looking for someone that is truly working for you when buying a house!

We were looking for a home in the San Antonio area, and by chance we were in Cibolo Canyons and saw one we wanted to see late one afternoon. We called Luisa and she came over right away on short notice and arranged to show it to us. We wanted to make an offer immediately and Luisa put the offer together and we got the house under contract in a day and closed it in 30 days. We were living in Alpine, TX , 400 miles away, and Luisa did a lot of leg work for us regarding inspections and measuring spaces as we planned furnishings and a few changes to make to the house. She also knew a really good contractor that she lined up to do painting and other work on the house under a really tight time frame before our move date. And the closing went smoothly.She was super professional and a nice person to work with.

We were blessed to find Luisa when we decided to move from Colorado to Texas Hill Country. She checked out several pre owned homes connecting by video as she passed through the houses. We decided to look into building. We had her setup appointments with two builders in the am, picked the lot, which each builder showed us, and signed with the builder with the best lot.Luisa is a bright, professional, straightforward lady. She deals with folks nicely and knows her business.She reviewed all transactions, offered suggestions all along the way.We closed today and she handled all issues with the builders and title company. She will be available to us for issues or questions in the future.Josh is there with her. A great team.

She was assigned to us randomly and I could not be happier with her dedication to helping us find a dream home. While we were still in AK she was willing to go to properties and take very thorough video walk-throughs either while I was on FaceTime with her or on her own and send them to me. This was very very helpful and she was very thorough. Her attention to detail in getting us as much information each of the homes we looked at or wanted to look at was very helpful. Louisa was very easy to communicate with and was super kind, professional, and thorough. If my husband and I ever need a TX realtor in the future we will definitely be reaching out to her again!
