We happened upon a post on social media and reached out to Luis regarding a property. Luis promptly responded and went the extra mile to help us in finding a new home. Unlike other realtors we had reached out to (who either didnt respond or gave vague responses), Luis was genuinely interested in helping and invested his time with us from moment one.He asked questions and proactively kept us in the loop during the home search. Further, he made many appointments for showings and took his time show us each property that we showed interest in. Luis is professional, friendly, responsive, and exudes positive energy. We never had to chase him for help and greatly appreciate the ease in which he made the process of finding our new home.Without getting into detail, there was a miscommunication that occurred during paperwork and Luis handled it with utmost integrity.
