Lucy is the best! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and very detailed. We were going in as first time home buyers and from the buyers consultation she gave us a detailed breakdown of steps we would go through in purchasing our home, what fees are involved before and during closing, helped us find a lender and home inspector . When we found our home Lucy was an amazing negotiator and we believed gave us an amazing deal. We loved working with her and we would definitely contact her for any future needs.

Lucy is hands down the best choice when it comes to finding your new home. As a first time homebuyer I was very overwhelmed with just the thought of everything we needed to do to begin the process but as soon as we got in contact with Lucy, the process became way easier. She took care of everything for us. From putting us in contact with the right people ,to finding out all the info about a specific property, she was on it. Even after we got a house, she still checks up on us. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us out.

We went to the first time home buyer seminar not really understanding the process but after the seminar we understood more about the process and were more confident in looking into purchasing our first home.
