Lori was AMAZING from the first interview through closing. During our interview, Lori shared her customer-centric philosophy. We were impressed with her approach and felt Lori advocated for us throughout the entire process.Another reason we selected Lori, was her multi-channel marketing approach. Upon listing the home, Lori canvassed the neighborhood informing neighbors the house had been listed on MLS and she invited the neighbors to share information with friends and colleagues. Additionally, Lori reached out to prior clients who might be interested in moving into the neighborhood. Plus the house was listed on a number of MLS sites.Lori was helpful in comparing the various offers and worked with the respective agents to answer questions or clarify items for either party (seller, buyer).A couple of items appeared on the inspection report. Loris vast network of service providers was particularly helpful as we were out of state. Lori reached out to these providers on our behalf and ensured the work was completed to meet a tight 21 day closing. We spoke to the providers to authorize work and arrange payment and were impressed with each one.We had to obtain an unanticipated document from the bank safe in Texas for closing. Upon landing in DFW Lori informed us that there had been a major electrical issue at the bank and they were closing the bank for the day. Lori worked with the bank to ensure they would have someone escort us into the safe and keep the closing on schedule.We HIGHLY recommend Lori. She is kind, genuine and works very hard to ensure the customer is happy. Lori was the perfect agent for our family.

She provided extraordinary support for my daughter’s mother and me during a very difficult time. To say she was full service is an understatement. Her market knowledge is amazing.
