Where do I begin?! Loni was amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer I entered the process kind of scared and really didnt know what to do. Loni help my husband and I through the whole process and make it stress free! Would recommend her to everyone!

She answered every question we had about the home buying process and always made sure we knew the next steps. She even went out of her way to help us get into our new house when we couldn’t figure out the garage code! If we had to do this process all over again, we would pick Loni as our realtor.

I am not even sure where to start ! We reached out to Loni when my husband and I were looking for a home. Loni jumped at the opportunity to help us . Immediately she was sending us possible homes, she actually listened to what we were saying we wanted. When we found the home we really liked it was out of our price range .. I called her and said can we just ask . Loni didn’t hesitate . She jumped right on my request. They accepted our offer and we had a few things to do on our own at the new house .. Loni was there with us every step of the way. I never had a missed called or unanswered text. When I say she is on top of things .. you can believe it ! 21 days from start to finish we closed on our home. To say “Thank You” is not even enough! We owe her big time! First let me say that my wife and I are retired military and set in our ways. We can’t stand when there’s no plan, unanswered questions, lack of time management and most of all, false information. Therefore, we searched and searched and searched for the right realtor. Well, we hit the JACKPOT !! Loni answered every single question in full detail. It was almost if she knew what we were going to ask before we asked it haha…We could tell she dove in from the start and found a property with not only all our wants but all our needs as well.
