Prior to any contract for rural land purchase, as a Texas based licensed private investigator researched the company and the area thoroughly which included but not limited to possible competitors in the rural areas market within Hudspeth county north of Sierra Blanca. Upon completion of my research, multiple phone calls to Hudspeth County, I concluded that Lone Star investments is safe and legal to do business with. To gain the most benefits, pay it off as early as possible so to have warranty deed in hand.

This company has allowed me to easily own 20 acres of land in the 2nd best state in our great nation. Texas!!! Florida of course is #1. I like the seclusion of my property as well as the low down payment it took to acquire it. I always recommend them to those who are looking for land.
