The rental I was staying in went on the market in central Austin in May 2020, when COVID was in full swing, and I decided to finally see if I could purchase a home in Austin (my current place was not viable for me). It was just as the market was turning truly wild.A friend had recommended Liz. She was excellent: at finding options within my parameters, being available to come with me to check places out, with her knowledge of various areas and what to expect, and I overall felt heard and understood for what I hoped. It seemed like an increasingly tough time to help someone just looking for a home in the Austin market, and I sometimes am still surprised we found what we did.She is also just a genuinely caring person. She facilitated getting a piece of door trim the previous owner had measured their childrens heights against - maybe a small thing, but I was happy to help and she found a reliable handyman to replace it for me. She also had a recommendation or referral for every question I threw her way as a new home owner. Id recommend her to anyone.
