Linda was EXCEPTIONAL. Prior to listing our home, we had an encounter with Linda at a home she was showing. Her professionalism and work ethic during that showing impressed us and led us to reach out to see if she could help sell our home a couple years later. From day one, Linda was at our home guiding us through the process face to face. She was so friendly and kind to us. Unlike realtors we’ve used in the past, Linda helped us stage our home and get it show ready. We had a new baby and were so overwhelmed and she made the entire process seamless. Her photographer was amazing and was able to get the best pictures. She made herself available to us night and day for questions and advice. I was fortunate to find Linda through Zillow randomly! We were needing to purchase a house within a short period of time and she went above and beyond, always accommodating to our schedule. Linda is absolutely fantastic! She helped me find a house when I moved into the area and when I was ready to move, she sold/closed in less than 45 days after listing it. When buying, she paid attention to all of the details and gave me pros and cons, knowing that I would be selling the house after 3 years. Then, when preparing to list, she did a walk through of the property and gave tips and pointers for things to do to help the property be more desirable. I could not have been more thrilled with her work or more appreciative of her work ethic. She made each transition as smooth as possible. 10/10 recommend!
