To begin Linda Anguiano is by for the most professional real estate agent that I have had the experience in dealing with in the over 10 homes I have purchased in my life time. Normally we all know that buying a home is more than stressful. With all the of unexpected challenges that arise in the process, this was not the case when dealing with Linda and all her years of experience in the field of real-estate paid off. Linda has the ability to solve a crisis before it becomes an issue. Linda also listens to what you are expecting, evaluates your needs, assesses each aspect of the issue; then Linda takes the time to address each issue completely using her vast skill set. To prove this point, linda helped us buy a home sight unseen from 5 states away. Yes sight unseen, she listened to my wife, assessed our needs, negotiated every aspect of the contract with exceptional skill. If that was not enough, Linda took the time out of her schedule to help my mother-in law adapt to the new situation.Linda has everything you need in a real estate agent. Linda is Professional. Linda Is respectful. Linda Is caring & personable. Linda even helped my wife with airport issues and checked in on my mother-in-law the couple days following us having to leave the area. Linda is Phenomenal! If you are looking for someone who goes out of her way to help - she is your gal.She’s gone out of her way to make sure that we understood the process and learned more about the town. On top of being informative, she was courteous and professional in every aspect. She listened to everything that we were looking for in a house and helped us find that without of ever pressuring us. Being out of the state, she helped us with each step as we went through the closing process.Her attention to detail and us was unfettered. Thank you Linda. What a delight.
