I chose Chad because Id worked with him before and had a positive experience. He recently helped me sell my house in just 52 days. Chad was amazing - he really understands the whole process of moving house and was super helpful and supportive. He arranged for potential buyers to come see my house and I ended up selling it within two weeks of putting it on the market, and for the top price. Whenever I had questions, he was always available to talk, and I think hes a real asset to the company. The photos his team took of my house were excellent quality and really showed it off well.
