Selling or Buying, you cant go wrong with Leigh! We bought our home in 2022 using the expertise that Leigh had. We were first time homebuyers and had NO clue what we were doing. She helped my husband and I both navigate the buying process. From start to finish! She never left me hanging, she was so quick to answer questions and honestly helped ease my anxiety of such a big purchase every time I started to spiral. :) Fast forward to 2024, and we are PCSing and needing to sell the same home. We knew immediately who to call. Leigh was ready to help us right away. It was such a smooth process, and of course we were first time home sellers this time. She once again eased any anxiety I was having, answered every questions possible and even had answers to questions I didnt know I had! She handed difficult people with ease and was so professional when others were not! She is a mind reader and the best thing that could have happened to us when it came to buying/selling our home. You cannot go wrong with Leigh!!

Amazing Experience. We had an amazing experience working with Leigh. We were purchasing a home while living overseas and she made the process very stress free for us. She answered all of our questions quickly and did walk through video tours of houses we were interested in. She kept us updated on each step of the process so we knew what was going on at all times. We will absolutely use her again for future house buying and selling needs.

The best decision we made. Leigh was very engaging on social media and provided a lot of information, before we even started looking for houses. Due to her presence, we decided to give her a try. That was the best decision we have made. Leigh answered every question we had with very thoroughly, and sometimes in the middle of the night. Leigh went to many different houses and made videos and pictures of everything she could see, and it made our life very easy as we were buying a house site unseen after running into some issues. We will absolutely be suggested Leigh to anyone that asks us if we have a Realtor in mind. I have absolute confidence that she will be able to help and provide any assistance a new buyer or seller will need.

Leigh rocks, I will recommend her to anyone moving to Wichita Falls!Leigh was recommended to me by a trusted realtor I used in Florida. We planned on buying in Wichita Falls while still living in Florida and due to the distance, wouldnt be able to make it out to view every home. This was no problem for Leigh. She did amazing, thorough video walkthroughs for any home we requested, usually same or next day. She also did drives around the neighborhood to show us where we would be living.After choosing a home we wanted to put an offer in on, Leigh leveraged her knowledge of the market and her experience in home buying to put together a competitive offer that was accepted. She went to bat multiple times for us during the buying process to get additional items included in the contract including repairs and home warranties.I would not hesitate to recommend Leigh to anyone looking to purchase in Wichita Falls. She is utterly professional and works hard to make sure her clients are taken care of to the best of her abilities.

Best realtor ever. Leigh is amazing. She worked hard through all the hiccups and during our life transition it was a huge relief to feel that we were in good hands. Leigh was recommended to us by a lender that we had used for previous transactions, as we were new to the area. We were also buying our home site unseen, without visiting the area first. She knew the market exceptionally well, and helped us get to know and understand the market quickly. She went above and beyond on her video tours, detailing anything from funky smells or chips in paint to molding details and room size. This made us feel very comfortable moving forward with our purchase from afar. Leigh was always very timely in her responses to any questions we asked, and if she did not know the answer, she would direct us to someone who did. We ended up in exactly the house that we wanted, and we absolutely could not have done it without Leigh. We will recommend her to anyone and everyone moving to the area!

Transition to retirement made easy. Leigh was such a help during our move from North Carolina to Texas. We couldn’t be present to view houses and she took the time to video every home we were interested in and give us as much information as possible to help us make a decision on which home for our current needs and budget.
