Hiring Lauren was the best decision we made in buying our first home! From start to finish, Lauren was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and on top of every detail! We went with a new build and I know some people say you don’t necessarily need a real estate agent going this route but they are wrong!! Having Lauren to follow up and stay on top of the build process was wonderful! She is not the kind of real estate agent you hire and can’t get ahold of; she is extremely attentive and always does right by her clients. 10/10 recommend. Hiring Lauren will be the easiest decision you make in the buying or selling process!

I could not speak any more highly of Lauren and the awesome way that she took care of us during the home-buying process. My wife and I were buying our first home and went in with next to zero knowledge of how the process works. After our first meeting with Lauren, our confidence in feeling like we knew what we were doing had skyrocketed thanks to the great way that she conveyed information about buying a home and more importantly left us with the sense that Lauren was an expert in the real estate market and was 100% committed to helping us through the home-buying process. Throughout the month or two from that meeting until our closing, Lauren proved time and time again that both of those things were true. She was constantly on top of everything she needed to be and more, and with her experience and knowledge she was able to provide us with a sense of calmness even when we were feeling overwhelmed with the process. Most of all, I appreciated her responsiveness. Oftentimes we would have questions come up in the evenings or at night and would text Lauren about them. I doubt we ever had to wait more than three minutes for an insightful and detailed response. She goes above and beyond every step of the process and provides you with every bit of valuable information you could need as you make a decision to buy or sell a home.We were introduced to her through a mutual friend, and I still feel so thankful for her after 3 years in our house and also after selling that house to move back out of state. Originally moving from the East coast to Dallas was an overwhelming experience for us and Lauren made it exponentially easier. From video recording homes for us to providing thorough comp lists to putting together the most thoughtful welcome basket as we moved in the house, Lauren made it a seamless and special experience. She did that and even more as we sold our house. As we tried to do sell with a toddler and two dogs, Lauren went above and beyond ever step of the way to take the burden off of us.
