Lauren was an absolute gem as my realtor. Moving from Canada to Texas wasnt your every day real estate endeavor. There were many challenges and hurdles to navigate to secure a property. Lauren was always available, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also, connected me with the appropriate resources required in order to successfully secure what I was looking for in a new home. Moreover, when I was in a bind to locate help to unload my moving van Lauren recruited some much needed muscle including herself and her husband to assist me on my moving in day. I would highly recommend Lauren Flathouse as your real estate for top shelf service and knowledge. Lauren is fantastic. Over our thirty years of marriage and having to do several cross country moves, we have had our fair share of experience with realtors. Hands down Lauren has been the best we have ever worked with. She is a pro. She went above and beyond to ensure that we got the absolute best price for our home. She is an incredible negotiator and we felt completely at ease that she would represent us well. And she did! She also helped us find the perfect home to downsize into. Here’s the deal - you want Lauren on your team. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

We are SO delighted we chose Lauren as our agent to sell our house AND help us get into our new house!
