Overview: great experience with Laura would recommend to othersIn depth: I contacted Laura to sell my home in Texas this past January, the only thing being that was at the time located across the country. She made the selling process very easy and hands off for me.She started by educating me on the entire selling process and then creating a glide path for the property up to closing. She effectively managed any repairs or cleaning that was required of the property during the selling process making it very stress free especially without me being in the local area.The team that she works with is professional and knowledgeable as well as patient and understanding. I knew when I called them they were the right people for the job based on the very calm demeanor they had on the phone combined with the knowledge of the local housing market.I would recommend Laura and her team for any property selling activities in the central Texas area.

Laura just sold my house. I live in Alabama and she did everything for me to include arranging for a new roof, fence repair, siding repairs and getting the entire house ready for sale. All this effort resulted in two offers over asking price with in three days of listing. Even though the sale was via long distance her communications were timely and advice resulted in this sale being almost painless. Laura’s knowledge of the market and guidance was evident with the over market offers and quick sale. I had multiple interviews with other agents prior to her selection, we made the best choice. If you plan to sell your house please give Laura an interview for the sale of your home. I could not recommend a higher rating for any of my prior home purchases or sales.

We cannot speak enough about our experience with Laura Segarra from Exit Homevets Realty. As a first time home seller we had numerous questions and she spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding the current housing market, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located in a neighborhood with numerous similar homes, would be tough to sell. Laura reassured us that this was not going to be a problem she even took extra steps like personally staging our house, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.When we saw our listing, we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had four showings in the first 24 hours and the first and second viewers put in an offer.Our house went under contract 3 ½ days after we put it on the market $5,100 over asking price. Her expertise in both made the selling and buying of our homes fairly easy.
