Laron for me was just what I needed, especially with me being a first time home buyer. I was uneasy at first and didnt have a real grasp of the whole process. We were able to have multiple meet ups and conversations so I felt more comfortable. This guy is on it and truly knows his stuff which is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend him and know with future real estate deals I will be calling him first. -

First off I need to say with this being my first home, I was assuming the worst. The amount of gratitude that I have for Laron is unmatched. He made this somewhat impossible journey seem possible. Laron is an amazing communicator that went above and beyond with my experience. He took the time explain every process down to make sure I left with a solid understanding. I truly would not have been able to close if it wasn’t for the consistent hounding Laron did on my behalf. I’m happy to say I’ve gained a home as well as a long term family friend! Laron has not only helped me create equity for my present self but has made sure when I’m ready to take that next step I’ll be in an even better position!
