Last Spring we were in search of a rental home. In the area we live, the size of home needed for our family of 5 is hard to come by. Kinsley helped us get into a rental home that could fit our family.A year later, we were ready to purchase our first home. Remembering our great experience with Kinsley, it was no question we wanted to use her for our first home purchase!After a few home tours that did not work out in the end, we felt defeated. One specifically, we put an offer in and lost! Kinsley, that same night, researched for people looking to put their homes on the market. She came to us with two options, both were the same floor plan we just put an offer in for. The next night we viewed one of the homes, put in an offer, and it was ACCEPTED! From 02/04/2024 putting our offer in until 03/08/2024 when we closed on the home, Kinsley made sure all of the work was completed and to our standard. She even came to support us at closing to ensure everything went smoothly! We got a brand new roof, new light and sink fixtures, a new thermostat… the list goes on!!
