We first worked with Kristine several years ago when she showed us a few houses and also walked through our house to give us suggestions to help with a future sale. Then, this last fall, she helped us list that home. She has been incredible every step of the way. She was always responsive, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to help us get the house sold (which we did!).

Kristine consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, is straightforward, and tells it like it is. I have bought, sold, and rented many houses during my time in the Air Force, and she has been one of the absolute best Realtors I have been able to work with. In the San Antonio area alone, I have rented one house, bought and sold 2 other houses. Kristine has helped me with a rental house, the sale of a house, and also with a property tax protest for Guadalupe County. She is easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the area. She was able to take my preferences and find me several houses to choose from…any of which would have been a great place to live and the home I chose is working well for me and my family. I recommend anyone looking for a home to buy or sell to go with Kristine. You will not be disappointed!

Kristine’s years of expertise were needed when it came time to sell my moms home. I live out of state. There were several complex, unusual issues regarding the house and involved lots of extra time, prep, and additional paperwork on Kristine’s part. Not the typical transaction realtors normally encounter! But it was obvious to me she wanted to make my experience as easy, understandable, and painless as possible – and it was. She took care of so many things. I also appreciated her efficiency in communicating any questions or concerns I had – her responses were quick. Kristine is a wonderful real estate agent! We have never worked with someone who was so dedicated and focused on finding our perfect home! Even when we were picking apart options at the smallest detail, her first instinct was to conduct further research and find us 10 more options of our liking the very next day! She is efficient, proactive, and responsive and goes out of her way to answer questions and concerns about any of the homes we have shown interest in. The only thing better than her work is her kind, warm, endearing personality. Even when she had fractured her leg, she drove all the way to come visit and tour homes with us with nothing but smiles and laughter. That is an accomplishment that is rarely seen in 2021. She answers the phone EVERY time I call and will answer at all hours of the day.
