My wife and I recently went through the process of buying a house and cannot reccomend Kristine Silva enough. Kristine responded to all of our questions same day, valued our opinions, and was incredibly thorough when finding and showing us potential properties. We came to trust Kristine implicitly.Each person Kristine brought into the process, from insurance to inspection, was world class. It is clear she only deals with professionals who are as dedicated as her.With Kristine at the helm we ended up with nearly $5,000 in concessions from the seller and the home was appraised $20,000 above what we paid. We came out with nearly $25,000 in equity directly due to her work.Simply put, I have never worked with a real estate agent so professional, prompt, caring, and so advocating for us and our interests.
