Simply the best realtor period. She found a great deal when the market was hot and high and she sold our house for a great price when the market was low and cool.Her and her team’s customer service is out of this world. She makes you feel like family with her attention and care for your real estate sale or purchase.I would highly recommend Kristi Baker to all my friends and family in the Waco Area.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Kristi was highly recommended, her social media presence was strong, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings. Kristi was excellent every step of the way. I thought our home would be difficult to sell, but it sold within ten days at full asking price! She is very knowledgeable and service oriented. She made sure all of our questions were answered promptly and took the worry off of our shoulders. She even took care of us after the sale when I left some things at the house. I cannot say enough good things about Kristi. I would rate her higher than five stars if I could!

We used Kristi Baker as our realtor when we sold & purchased our home/s 8 years ago. Every year since, she’s dropped gifts off on our doorstep on random holidays. When we decided to sell this time, of course we chose to use Kristi again! Every milestone up through the day of closing she gave us small gifts to celebrate the journey. She kept us well informed with how things were progressing throughout the process! She’s a pleasure to deal with & always communicates well.
