If I could give 10 stars I would! This was me and my husbands 7th home purchase so we are no stranger to buying and selling homes. However, this was the first time my husband had to fly to a different state and buy a home without me. Kristen made the process so effortless!My husband has PTSD so his anxiety was pretty high, but Kristen made sure that he was comfortable and re-assured him that we would find the perfect home when he was getting discouraged. She would do video walk throughs with me, while I was back at home, making sure to cover every square inch of the house and answer any questions that I had. She would even walk the property in the backyards and do a pan of the street view so I could have the whole picture. She was most helpful in navigating the MANY neighborhoods and builder options in each. This was extremely helpful for us since we werent familiar with the area at all. She listened to our wants/needs and our dislikes to help narrow down the best area for us. This is VERY reassuring as not all realtors REALLY listen to what you want, take it from someone who has bought 7 houses, this is a hard to find quality in a realtor.When we found our perfect house, she helped the closing go extremely smoothly! Even though we were states away, she did the walk throughs with the builder, pointing out any of the flaws and repairs needed, all while Video chatting with us!We sold and closed on 2 homes in CA, arrived in New Braunfels on a Sunday and closed on our new home here on Monday morning. There is NO way we could have accomplished all of this without the guidance and kindness of Kristen, she goes above and beyond a realtors duties to make sure you are confident in your home buying experience.
