Kris is an AMAZING realtor! She helped me find and buy my perfect first home. Kris was there every step of the way and answered all of my questions throughout the process. We went to look at houses on day one and had an offer accepted in less than 12 hours! The seller and their realtor were impressed with the professionalism of Kris and the lender she referred me to, so we were able to beat the competing offers. Kris was amazing! I used another agent from Keller Williams ago a year ago to sell this property and they were awful so I took it off the market and I just rented the property. I feel so lucky that a friend referred me to Kris when I decided I was ready to buy my first home. I quickly realized that even though the real estate market can be really difficult for first time homeowners right now, Kris is an expert in her field and did everything she could to make the process as easy and as smooth as possible. She walked us through the process and was in constant communication every step of the way. She was super responsive any time I had a question or needed anything. She made me feel like I had a good ally in my corner - consistently an advocate for me as a client and going to bat for me against all the inevitable road blocks. She showed us a ton of homes, put in the offers, negotiated for what we needed, landed a contract in a place we love, and closed the deal for us.I will never stop recommending her to anyone I know in the Austin/Bastrop area looking to buy or sell a home.
