I was a first time home buyer and didn’t know a lot about the process of buying a house. Kori was MORE than helpful. She walked me through every step, and made sure I was completely taken care of. I told her what I was looking for in a home and she exceeded my expectations. Anytime I called or had any questions she was quick to answer and get me what I needed.If you’re looking to buy a home I HIGHLY recommend Kori.

About 1 1/2 to 2 years ago, I attempted to search for a small house. The realtor and lender were good, but it was an awful experience. I was a 1st home buyer and I didnt have clue what to look for or what the next steps were. In that process, I felt on my own and I lost over $1,500. I decided to search again and I was referred to Gabriel Johnson (AWESOME) at A1 Mortgage. He in turn, referred me to Kori Ainslie (ALSO AWESOME). Both of them assured me that I would be taken care of and they did just that. Kori looked out for my best interest and was always available for my questions and concerns. I have never felt unsure or scared because I trusted her guidance. She was very communicative, professional, personable, and understanding. She has amazing communication! So on top of getting things done in a timely manner. She will go to bat for you, and has a no fluff/nonsense attitude which I loved! Wish I could have taken her out of state to help us with our next home!
