Experienced, helpful to the extreme, and very professional. Ken went above in beyond with the sale of our home in Mont Belvieu in providing feedback on home in preparation for sale, helping arrange contractors for renovations, visiting and checking on the property (we moved away), helping fix any issues/repairs that came up, and even pressure-washing our driveway.His market analysis was good, and we worked closely together to determine sell strategy and objectives and adjusted as needed in what turned out to be a tight market for homes in our price range. Overall, a very good experience despite the tight market conditions.

Perfect͏ Home-buying ExperienceKen got me everything I asked for. He was very professional and personable. We found a property on the first day. We spoke the day after Christmas and closed on our property 18 days later. I’m very pleased. He was extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. He answered every question and had invaluable suggestions. I’m concrete in my expectations and he met every single one without question. His response time was impeccable. His work ethic is impressive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m a widow and this was my first time buying a home on my own and I was worried about getting taken advantage of. But I had the utmost confidence in him from the start. He made me feel comfortable with my options. And he didn’t try to talk me out of my choices. It was truly a great experience.

OMG Stellar. Ken Hayes was the most wonderful realtor at the moment we needed him most. My husband had to take a job out of state which left me behind to deal with packing and planning a move by myself while still finishing a school year and attempting to retire. Ken was super knowledgeable and helpful in the process and even brought me my first set of boxes to help me pack while offering assistance with all the necessary aspects of moving. Be was friendly, helpful, and humorous... All excellent traits necessary during stressful moving experiences. We could not be more pleased.
