Recently bought my first home with the help of my favorite realtor Dylan. Dylan King is one of the best realtors in Maryland!! Knows the area really well and a professional at competing for the right price of a home. I didn’t know anything about the process of buying a home and family members weren’t good at explaining/helping with the process. Dylan answered all of my questions and made the process super easy! For the home I own now, there were 17 offers and ours was for the right price, not even over the sale price & thanks to Dylan and his fast methods of getting an inspection and closing quick, the buyers accepted our offer. Dylan has the connections and he is certified at negotiating the right price of a home. Best realtor hands down. Can’t thank him enough for his help. Highly recommend
