Kimberley helped us purchase our home at Lake LBJ, and she was so wonderful to work with! She was very knowledgable of Kingsland and Lake LBJ, and she was very responsive as she guided us through the entire process start to finish. Kimberley was always ready to help with quick communication, and that was especially helpful as we live several hours away. Not only was she very quick to respond to any questions we had, she also took the time to get to know our family. We would highly recommend working with Kimberley!

If you don’t use her, you missed out on the BEST.... she guided us in so many ways.... we originally had an analysis done on our home with the intention of listing in the spring. She contacted us in the fall and presented us with a plan on how now (the fall — 3 months earlier then expected) was the time to sell.... with her presented statistics we raised the price of our home AND it still sold over listing with multiple offers. She helped us stage, she helped us with locating storage lockers, she helped us find a rental, she helped us with a moving company AND helped us with locating our new home in another city. A realtor that truly knows the meaning of A-Z.... A true professional that I can now call friend. This realtor knows her stuff....
