We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and recommend her to anyone without a doubt to walk along side them during such a pivotal and personal time. ❤️🏡

Kim is friendly, efficient, experienced, and dedicated. Her attention to details and emotional intelligence is unmatched. Kim helped us find renters for our condo. This happened during the Hurricane Beryl passage over Houston. Despite Kim was without power, as many other residents, Kim kept working - we had 3 showings in a couple of hours, and the contract was signed in a couple of days. I wish I knew Kim before - we would have had a better experience during our purchase process for our new home, a few months before.

We had the opportunity to work with Kim for a period of time as she assisted us in selling two properties and working with a builder to purchase a new property. Kim was proactive and communicative throughout the entire process. Any time we had a question, she had the answer or go us the answer. She was always available when we needed her. Once all our transactions were done, it was odd to not having that daily communication we had become so accustomed to.Kim was a blessing sent to us after we had a negative experience with a previous realtor, and is forever our person and friend.
