There is no way my husband and I could recommend Kim more highly! She was matched with us through a referral from another agent who knew that Kim would fit us and boy-oh-boy, it was a match made in heaven! Yes, Kim is young (and we are not! lol ) but she is very bright, extremely communicative, has an expert-eye & retention of detail with just the right amount of experience to give you subjective advice and the hutzpah to give you her opinion! Every call we made, every property we wanted to see, no matter how far away, Kim was there for us. This was a long process, but when we found the one, Kim did absolutely everything in her power to help us make our new Meadow House our own! She also recommended a lender that she worked closely with and even though it wasnt easy, we got our funding & made our purchase with money to spare to update it the way we wanted! We are now living the life wed long imagined in our forever Texas home in large part, because of her...forever friends!
