Better late than never but thanks to Kim we are finally settled in and absolutely loving our brand new home! My girlfriend and I were extremely naive to this entire home buying process and honestly not to confident in our ability to find a home let alone make an actual offer on one. Kim absolutely changed those doubts we were having and guided us through every step of not only finding the right home, but also understanding the financial aspects of what goes into buying a home. She gave us confidence in our decisions while also looking out for our best interests when comparing critics of every property we toured together. She immediately picked up on what we were looking for in a home and hit the ground running to find us information and statistics on homes we were interested in. She didn’t try to sell us on anything or push us in one direction or the other, but instead was there to support us and provide knowledge.
