My husband and I reached out to Kim the beginning of this year and we scheduled an appointment in March to go over what our plans were on selling our Arlington property. We were thinking about selling in the summer. We did a walk through and she was fantastic about being prepared to give us numbers if we were to sell at that point what a starting number would be based on our property. She gave us great advice and suggestions. During the following months she would occasionally follow-up with us if we had any questions whatsoever. When we were ready to put our home for sale she came and we did a final walk through. In addition while we were packing she was so sweet in buying our family dinner since we were under so much stress clearing out the house. Once the house was up for sale she added additional minor decor. Needless to say, we got a fantastic offer within a day. After that it went fast, Kim is very fast in communicating and always keeps you in the loop as to what is happening. If she doesnt know something she finds out immediately. We were very happy with her services and would refer her in a heart beat. We have met up with her since the sell of our property to talk about our future purchase. Theres many realtors in the DFW but KIM is definitely one of a kind!!!

I had been looking for a property for about two years and no luck. A good friend of mine recommended Kim flowers to me she said she was great. I gave her a call not really expecting anything I was almost tire of looking and not finding anything. From the very first day I talked to her I realized that she was ready and up for the challenge, she did not waste time and had all of my info and what I was looking for. we talk about some options and that same week we talk about the property that I was interested in. The way kim handle everything so professionally, efficient and her kindness I had a lot of questions she made sure I got all my answers.She keep me updated on everything she made sure to keep everything rolling and we close the deal. I I’m now a owner of a great piece of property thanks to Kim who I’m also happy to call my friend . You have been nothing but kind to me and my family thanks Kim! Finding a new house can be both exciting and stressful. When we first started it was difficult to filter and sort through all the listings we encountered in search of the perfect house, neighborhood, school district, etc. Kim was one of the first realtors to reach out to us regarding a house we were interested in. We instantly fell in love with Kim’s energy level and personality; She was so easy to work with and she took the time to listen and understand all our requirements. The market was booming when we started looking. We’d find a house we were interested in and before we got to see it, the house was sold. Kim worked judiciously to stay ahead of the market to find us the perfect home. Not only did we find the house we wanted, but we also made a lifelong friend.

Kim has been amazing to work with over the last nearly 2 years. I moved back to DFW at the end of 2020 to start buying rental properties at the worst possible time for buyers. Kim was very responsive to questions and pulling comps and modifying MLS searches at the required timeframe, which was about an hour. She also had no problem sending out offers knowing they would not likely be accepted. At the busiest times we were sending out 2 dozen offers a week, with each offer already having sales and rent comps pulled.Once an offer was accepted Kim would negotiate hard to get the best terms, and even if an offer wasnt accepted initially she would try to work with the seller agent to improve it for the seller and beat the competing offers.I was never pressured at all to offer more than I was comfortable with, and this is coming from a very risk adverse person.We ended up winning and closing 5 properties over about 17 months which is great for a small time beginning landlord competing against cash rich homebuyers and hedge funds. This is with sending around 110 offers.I will be ready for the next property in 2023/2024 and will not hesitate to call Kim when Im ready!
