On my first call I explained the circumstance and the limited window of time to get into a place. She listened carefully and then proceeded forward in aggressive manner in order to find an acceptable place in this very completive market. She was successful in finding a satisfactory place. Kimberly was firm in her advice on setting my List Price this past October. She then assured me that if we followed this certain list of things - her strategy for MY property - that I would get over List Price and likely a lot over List Price. The advice was List at $315k and it will probably sell for $350k.That is exactly what we did and that is how it happened to the penny. Before the listing was activated she went to my house and cleaned, arranged staged furniture, planted her own flowers, and laid out personal touches to prospective agents and their clients, just to name a few things. We were Under Contract the 2nd day and closed in 30 daysNot every agent has the same business acumen, the same work ethic, and certainly not the same heart.BE JUDICIOUS - CHOOSY - CAREFUL - who you select as your real estate professional. They are not all the same. Any ol realtor can put your property onto the real estate market, but actually marketing your property (working the sale of your asset), well, that is a totally different animal and effort. And that is what I am sharing with my review here.By the way, she has the same tenacity when she acts on your behalf as a purchasing agent. I have used her in both purchasing and selling. Ive been fortunate enough to work with Kim Anderson on both the purchase of my Moms home and the marketing and sale of my sons home. When my Dad died and we needed to move my Mom into a new home, Kim took the time to understand her needs and sought out only the properties that my Mom might be interested in. At 88 years old, my Mom wasnt interested in looking at dozens of homes and she chose one of the first homes that Kim had researched on her behalf. Kim handled everything, making the entire process enjoyable.When my son was ready to sell his home, Kim counseled us on upgrades we could make that would increase the value of the home, improve our margins and speed up the process of selling the home. Kim went above and beyond, working with the contractors to do the work needed to get the home ready to sell. She found us a staging company and managed that process as well. We received several offers above what we were asking on the very first day and closed quickly.Kim is professional, friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly, she takes the time to get to know exactly what youre looking for and then does her homework to find a home for her clients to purchase or to find a seller for their home. I couldnt be happier with my experience with Kim and with Ebby Halliday and highly recommend them both.

Wow!! Kim was great. A friend referred her to me and I am so glad he did. She handled everything from staging, pics, open houses. I was nervous because there were so many newer homes going up and were decreasing in price, but Kim staged it so well and even had snacks for the potential buyers it sold the first weekend.
