Kevin did not give up until he got us the best house on the market in our very limited price range. He also negotiated closing costs with the seller so we would be able to use the money to replace the floors which were worn. He advocated so well for us on this home that the seller accepted our offer over five others! We could not be happier with this home with the budget we had to work with and I do not think we would have gotten it if it werent for Kevins hard work and excellent negotiating skills. He is also going to help us in hiring reputable contractors for certain repair projects and the flooring replacement. We highly recommend Kevin!!

Kevin assisted my husband and I recently, and we are thrilled with how hard he has worked to make this purchase a reality. He is not only trustworthy and honest, but is extremely knowledgeable of the current market. Attention to detail was important to us, and Kevin did not disappoint! He has also gone out of his way to give us many connections and referrals for minor repairs and services after closing. We highly recommend Kevin!
