Professional, patient & knowledgeable realtor! . Kevin proved to be an excellent realtor when we sold our home. He researched the market & gave us great advise on pricing and preparing our house for sale. He was always available to speak with no matter how small our questions were. And when he found a buyer he used his negotiating skills to secure an excellent deal! Kevin is truly a people person & that is what makes him great at what he does!

Teamwork makes the dream work! Kevin and Next Door were absolutely fantastic to work with. I was blown away by the quality and professionalism shown by our realty team during our selling experience. The media used to advertise our home (walkthrough video with drone footage; listing photos) were the best I’ve seen. They almost made me want to stay in the house! Kevin struck the right balance of keeping us in the loop and handling things behind the scenes. He had a solution for every situation that came up (handyman, house cleaners, etc.) and really put in the work to get our house sold for top dollar. We ended up setting a new record high for similar houses in our neighborhood. He went above and beyond throughout the process and I couldn’t recommend him enough. 10/10 experience.
