Kevin was absolutely wonderful to work with! As first time home buyers, my fiance and I were unfamiliar with the process but Kevin was there every step of the way, making sure we were fully informed and comfortable with our decisions. He went above and beyond our expectations and was always available and very responsive to our questions/concerns. He made the whole process a breeze and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I took Kevins help to get my first house and didnt know much about the housing market. I had budget restrictions and also had preferential constrains of getting a place inside the loop in one of the three neighborhoods due to proximity to family, friends and church. Kevins professionalism, knowledge of the real estate market, understanding of the structural aspects of construction (he is clearly a brilliant mechanical engineer) and also understanding of lending aspects was a great asset to my house searching process. Kevin would actually pick houses that would be much better than I was able to pick (this was also a very busy season for me at work and Kevin went out of way to ensure that this will not be a stressful process for me). Besides his expertise in the field and patient nature in taking time to explain anything small or big, one thing that sets Kevin apart is his work ethics and efforts that he puts in to get the best house for you. His heart to serve and putting his client first is very evident. Kevin went over and beyond in helping me find my house and till date I am grateful for all that he did. I have recommended Kevin to family and friends and cant recommend him enough. When I am asked for advise by friends who are looking into getting a place for themselves I would recommend Kevin and then say this was the best decisions I made during the house searching/buying process to get Kevin as my real estate agent!

Kevin was fantastic in the purchase of our new home and sale of our previous home. He is patient, calm, level-headed, and knowledgeable. Always willing to answer the most minute questions, he also showed his experience and preparedness by making sure we were ready for the next several steps in the process well ahead of time. Kevin Dach is phenomenal! I HIGHLY recommend Kevin if you are buying or selling a home. He pays attention to every detail and studies the market in your area to determine and recommend the best-selling price. He was extremely helpful and consultative on preparing us and our home for the selling process. Once we went on the Market, we had many showings and offers in a matter of days. He then helped us determine which offers were best for us since they all used different tactics, such price, closing costs, days to close etc. to entice us. He also helped us purchase our new home. He listened closely to ensure that he was only scheduling home visits that truly met our desires to avoid wasting our families valuable time looking at homes that do not meet our needs. He has an extremely good grasp of the market and provides detailed analysis of the comps for the home that you are buying. Kevin used this information to negotiate with the seller’s agent and saved us thousands of dollars after proving to the sellers that they were extremely overpriced. Although Kevin takes an analytical approach, he understands that this is personal and emotional for your family and his friendly, calm approach to this process truly helps to remove much of the stress that can come with purchasing a home.

Kevin is a wealth of knowledge and you can tell from meeting him that he has a passion for this. He has a very genuine interest and love for real estate and helping his clients. You cant help but feel like youre hanging out with a good friend during the whole process. With his unique engineering and math background, Kevin was able to provide analysis and perspectives that other agents cannot. His analysis on market trends and comps put others to shame. His service didnt just stop once the purchase contract was signed. We were trying to sell our current home and he provided other services such as photography and staging consulting free of charge! In addition, he swung by our current home to take care of stuff when we couldnt, especially when it came to open houses or scheduled showings. He even picked up sod for us when we were trying to fill an area in the yard for our photos. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for an agent. You wont find anyone else with his skill set and knowledge. Even if you dont buy or sell a home, I know youll make a life-long friend.
