Kevin took off from the thought of “we should try to buy a house” to helping us build our new home.He started with directing us to a lender for the approval.He showed us so many houses. What we thought we wanted. In the end it was not what we wanted. This man spent hours of driving us around weekend after weekend (we were looking pretty far out).We finally landed on a new build. Did you know you should have a realtor there too? Because I sure didn’t!He was there for every appointment with the builder and even managed to get freebies for us.Kevin was amazing and when we need to go larger we will be using him again.

Kevin is a first-class real estate expert. He is super-responsive, has a deep understanding of the DFW market, and displays great integrity. He does what he says he will do. He helped us purchase a great house in Keller for a great price. Im very particular about realtors because I am a professional home inspector. You cannot go wrong with Kevin!!!

Kevin is amazing! We hit several bumps in the road when we were buying our home but he was there every step of the way. He was patient and hard working, and took time to understand what we were looking for. There was so much we didn’t know and he taught us a lot through the process while always looking out for our best interests, you definitely want this guy in your team! Kevin really worked hard for us and always had a positive attitude. I highly recommend him, absolutely great guy and realtor!

Kevin was so great to work with! My husband and I were all over the place (all over DFW, that is!) trying to find a home to fit budget, schools, size, yard, and neighborhood criteria...it was challenging trying to find something to comply with all that, as we have three kids plus pets living with us. Kevin was very patient with us, helping us chase down info and make offers on things as they came up...it was a very fast-paced time in the market. Even after he helped us close on the right house, we had a little plumbing emergency and needed to find the shut-off to the houses water supply FAST---we called him, he responded, looked up the survey and told us where to find it! We would wholeheartedly recommend Kevin for anyone around Dallas/Fort Worth needing knowledgeable, precise, caring HELP in the real estate market. He is the total package....super personality with the expertise and extra mile attitude to back it up!

Kevin really helped find our home. We went to one house to see it and did not like it, and about seven houses down there was another home for sale. He quickly contacted the realtor and got us in within ten minutes and that is the house we bought! We are grateful for good realtors and cellphones!
