Kenyotta West is an excellent Realtor! I came to her looking for my dream with such little time frame to work with and while being out of state for work.I am truly thankful to have Kenyotta as my realtor, within 10 days of me contacting Kenyotta she found my dream home. This woman accepted calls from me nonstop and made multiple trips to homes on FaceTime allowing me to view the home and even sending me videos of the tour! Surprisingly we closed in 37 days she met the the crazy timeframe! Kenyotta was a phenomenal advocate for me throughout every process, she even gave me Personal tips on what to prepare for how to manage plumbing and attic care she was amazing. I highly recommend Kenyotta West as a realtor and will definitely use her in the future!

From the outset, she attentively listened to our needs and desires, and her expertise truly shone through in every step of the process.Upon touring our townhome, it was evident that Kenyotta meticulously considered every aspect of our requirements. The space was not only spacious but thoughtfully laid out for our needsShe went above and beyond in selecting a neighborhood that exceeded our expectations as well, It felt as though she had a sixth sense, understanding our needs.Our top neighborhood priorities was living in a location close to my son school and conducive to our love for walking, and Kenyotta delivered beyond our wildest dreams, she located a place with a 10 miles of walking trails closeby, great for our morning and evening walks.I must commend Kenyotta for her unwavering commitment to finding us a home within our price range without compromising on any of our preferences. Kenyotta was recommended by a friend and she provided excellent service from the beginning, middle, and closing of the process and continued well after closing. I highly recommend Kenyotta without any reservations. I lived in Alabama and visited Texas every other month for 6 months and Kenyotta was right there with me even though I was being difficult at times being a very indecisive home buyer, I know I tested her patients but she stayed the course. She was very honest with me when I was comparing home prices in Alabama and Texas, but I didn’t want to listen. When I took my final visit to Texas and told myself this was the last shot, I guess God showed favor, (We were on our last home visited and about to call it a day and she mention, let’s just check over here because no where else had homes in inventory. Well to make a long story short we found my beautiful home with only 3 still on the market in that area). She went above and beyond expectations!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Kenyotta West again and give her anything but the highest recommendation. I promise, you can’t / want go wrong.

Professional, detailed, dependable and good-hearted are just a FEW words I can say about my experience working with and getting to know Kenyotta. She was there for me before I officially moved to Dallas. She helped me secure an apartment plus was there to let my movers set up my bedroom furniture while I was in Chicago packing up for my move to Dallas.Since then, she was eyes and ears when it came to meeting with potential builders. She asked questions I hadn’t thought to ask. She asked to see examples of features developers boasted about. When I finally made my decision, again, Kenyotta was with me when I signed my contract and picked out my colors and features for my house. She was right there asking the right questions. As the house was being built she was right there, we me, looking and making sure they were building they way I/we agreed.We finally closed, almost a year after signing the contract and just like routine, Kenyotta sat right by my side as I sign my closing papers.Overall, Kenyotta went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations but it’s just what I needed as I was a newbie here in Dallas.I would highly recommend and refer her to anyone looking for top service in looking to find their new home.Kenyotta West is the way to go!Phil Malone

The absolute best! She was fantastic at explaining all the steps we needed to take as first time homeowners. She was in contact with everyone in the process (title company, other realtors, contractors, etc) and kept on top of everyone else to make sure they finished their jobs on time. She always communicated everything to us and kept us in the loop. She truly goes above and beyond in order to make sure we loved our house and we never felt pressured into anything. If you want someone with experience, knowledge and kindness in one package, Kenyotta is your person!
