Not all house selling or buying go smoothly. Kendra was our agent for the home we were buying, while my previous house was in contract for sale. As we thought the process would go smoothly with my house sale enabling the purchase of our new home, it was anything but! The buyer had several issues to deal with in the process of obtaining a mortgage. Meanwhile, we had placed earnest funds to secure our new home purchase. During the next four months, we were faced with at least three closing cancelations on both sides, the buyer and subsequently us. Every time we experienced that roadblock, Kendra stepped in on our behalf to make sure that despite the delay, we would definitely hang on to buy the house. We kept her updated so that she could handle the situation brilliantly with our seller. Kendra is very professional, well focused, and she kept us informed every step of the way. When I thought we would lose our deal because of the repeated closing delays, Kendra reassured me that she would do everything in her power to keep our purchase viable, which she did! I would recommend Kendra to anyone seeking to sell or buy a home. She is on point, knows what to do, and stays totally committed until the sale or purchase is accomplished ! Thank you Kendra!! We LOVE our new home!

God blessed me when I ran across Kendra’s business card, coincidentally, on a Facebook group that I was about to make a pleading post for help on. I was desperate for help, and I felt like an impossible case that no one would be able to help my family and I. Kendra made it happen. We were on an insane time crunch with minimal resources, and Kendra did the impossible for us, she was able to get us into our new to us beautiful home and we are so very thankful. I would and will recommend her to anyone I know who needs a realtor because I know she is absolutely incredible and will help anyone in need. God bless Kendra Davis and her family for helping mine

Kendra is SHARP! She made sure she had a plethora of listings for us to see. She was willing to drive around the neighborhood of the properties so we could see the area the homes were in. She did live videos as well as sent us videos of properties as well. She explained things in detail when we had questions ans made sure the closing & inspections went smoothly. She provided a class prior to starting the process so that you can understand the loan you are getting, so when you get in front of the sellers you know what exact questions to ask. She is not pressuring her clients to buy instantly to receive a commission. She wants to make sure you have all the knowledge prior to purchasing.
