Ken helped us tremendously! We only had two days to find a rental. He was always open and ready to go see places with us. We lost multiple rentals due to there being 20+ applications. Ken recommended we write a personal letter introducing ourselves for the owners of the place we really wanted. They loved our letter and we got the place we wanted! Would definitely recommend using Ken! We will when we buy a house in Texas!
