If I was going to give one word to describe working with KeMesha Rogers, I would use the word “extraordinary”.Earler this month, I closed on my first home, and I cannot imagine of doing this without KeMesha working with me every step of the way. scheduling numerous house tours, answering endless questions, or providing insights that I had not considered, Her support was steadfast and genuine. Buying a home for the first time can be overwhelming. KeMesha did a marvelous job of combining professionalism with a personal touch. It is clear she not only understands the ins and outs of the housing market and home buying process, she also highly values the principles of kindness, patience and honesty above all. As a first time homeowner, I was extremely nervous and clueless about the entire process. My realtor, Ke’Mesha Rogers was everything I could’ve asked for and more. When I first meet with her, she was extremely transparent (which I appreciated) when it came to my finances. Telling me specific documents to have ready prior to meeting with the lender and reminding me not to make huge purchases prior to closing. Additionally, Mrs. Rogers showed a large amount of patience with me. Often breaking down specific homebuyer terminology I was clueless on and going over/reviewed EVERY document I had to sign. I appreciated how Mrs. Rogers advocated for me when my closing date changed a few times. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mrs. Rogers, she made this entire process extremely easy and rewarding.
