Moved to Lubbock last year and Kelsey helped us to find our cozy home. I appreciate her honest opinions that let me able to make better decisions. I had other realtor agent before whos good at using words to push the sale that I end up felt a bit too rush to make best decision. Kelsey is very friendly and truthful person that we are comfortable to work with in long run. We purchased our second house this year as investment. She was very patient and gave us dozens of tour and helped us locate the house within our budget.

Kelsey has helped us buy two homes now and sell a home. We could not ask for a better realtor to work with. She’s super personable but very professional at the same time. I feel like she really listens to what we are looking for and does a great job keeping us in our spending range. She’s very knowledgeable of the area and has always given us great advise as far as offers and what she would do. We will continue to use Kelsey for all of our home buying needs as long as she’s in the business!

Our family has had absolutely incredible experiences with Kelsey Miller as our realtor, both as buyers and as sellers. Kelsey goes above and beyond in helping her clients to find a home they truly want to pursue, while also being 100% professional throughout the process. Her willingness to search far and wide to find a home suited for JUST US was greatly appreciated and we found our current home because she was so diligent. That mantra also carried through as Kelsey worked to help us sell our previous home, which she was able to orchestrate via the many connections she has in the marketplace. All-in-all it would be hard to find a more respectful, hard-working and professional real estate agent than Kelsey Miller. My husband and I had Kelsey represent us when we bought our first home and then again when we were ready to sell it. I cannot say enough great things about Kelsey! When we were ready to sell, she took care of everything and made the process much less stressful. She sold our house in less than 48 hours! Kelsey is very professional, but also makes you feel like you have a friend by your side as you are going through the process of buying or selling. She will always be my go-to when I have friends or family in need of a realtor.

I am pleased to write a review of my experience working with Kelsey Miller - Keller Williams Realty. After seeing her sign on the same street where our rent house was going on the market, I was impressed that a sold sign appeared on it (in my opinion) in record time! After contacting her and talking with her, I knew she was the right one to handle the sale of our property. She was obviously familiar with the neighborhood and offered sensible and practical advice on any steps needed or not needed to improve the sale opportunities. We had 16+ offers submitted after a 3 day viewing marathon. Kelsey evaluated the strength of them and advised us as to the best way to accept and go through the negotiation process.The first two offers recommended were rescinded after several days of reconsideration, but the third offer was THE ONE and we closed the deal in 29 days. Kelsey was always supportive and in good contact with us throughout the entire process.We recommend Kelsey Miller highly and know future clients will be as appreciative of her professionalism as we were.Neva and Wallace Haney

I was a first time buyer so I had many questions and Kelsey answered them all and made suggestions on top of that. She did this without making me feel bad or embarrassed to ask. Buying a house can be daunting and sometimes overwhelming but Kelsey pretty much took care of everything for me and made me feel like she was on my side and looking out for what was best for me and not just the company. Oh my! I don’t even know where to start with how grateful and blessed we were to find Miss Kelsey! She treated us like family. If there was something we didn’t understand, she took the time to explain. She had our best interest at heart as we had no idea what we were doing/wanting out of selling and buying our new home. Never did she pressure us or push us to sale or buy. In fact the opposite. She wanted us to take our time in finding our home we would love!
