I decided to relocate to Abilene and was looking for a realtor in the area. Fortune led me to Kelli. After discussing with her what I was looking for she showed me a number of homes she thought I would like. After several long discussion with Kelli I made my choice and haven’t regretted it since. What I didn’t expect was how highly involved she was in the actual purchase. She made the process very comfortable and easy. Moving ahead in time to the end of 2023 I had a smaller house in Abilene I decided to sale and of course my first choice for a realtor was Kelli. She came and reviewed the house and immediately started working to help me sale it. The decision to sale was made in late November 2023 and I closed on the house in January 2024. Again, she stayed in touch with me throughout the process. If I ever decide to sale my house in the future Kelli will be the realtor I will call.

Can I add more stars? I can’t say enough about the best realtor in Abilene….maybe best, anywhere. We had a pressing need to get to Denver.Kelli came over…do this, do that. Through completion she provided sweet, humorous and clear guidance every step of the way. If she doesn’t know an answer (she probably does) she will get the answer. You can’t outwork her either!Kelli, we are forever thankful!

Not only is Mrs. Kish very knowledgeable, sincere, and kind, she is very patient (which I truly think is one of the best qualities to have as a Realtor) through the whole process. She helped my family through the buying process a few years ago and the selling process recently. Buying and selling your home can be very stressful and we are very thankful to Kelli for helping ease most of that stress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In fact, if we were going to buy or sell in Abilene again, Kelli would be our first call. She did an excellent job of guiding us through the process of marketing, selling, and closing on our house. Our move was unusual, since military circumstances made our timeline very uncertain, but Kelli was very understanding and handled every curveball expertly. Her advice for staging and pricing the house was spot on. She was able to get us more than we expected for the house, leveraged multiple offers to get us under contract quickly, and was a fantastic advocate for us through the process. We’re moving out of Texas, but I hope our next realtor is like Kelli!
