These days - you need a resourceful, dedicated, and people person realtor and that is Carol Saxenian! Whether you are looking to sell or buy your next home, you should give her a holler. Carol proactively called realtors and residents in the area where we wanted to purchase to inquire about potential sales and found our home prior to it being listed. She was with us every step of the way from the initial showing to the closing. Carol stayed on us to ensure that we would not miss any deadlines and any opportunities for savings. I highly recommend Carol Saxenian! She is absolutely AMAZING!
