Matt helped us with every aspect you could imagine to help us sell our house. Constantly providing us with updates. He helped us find the right contractors to enhance our house and its ultimate sale price. In addition, he was in continious communication with the buyers agent during our negotion process as well as the title company to make sure all our ducks were in a row and that there would be no hiccups in the closing process. It was as smooth as it could get. He made this experience actually quite enjoyable. My wife and myself definitely recommend Matt and would use him again!.
