We recently worked with Keena on the purchase of a home in Lakeway and had a wonderful experience! We already knew which house we wanted to buy and she helped us with making an offer and getting through a 30 day escrow successfully. She was helpful in explaining our options during the negotiation process, was responsive, professional and she regularly followed up with the title company and lender to ensure that we had everything ready for our closing date. We are moving from California and didn’t meet Keena in person until near the end of escrow, and had a great experience working with her from a distance. We would definitely recommend working with Keena!

Keena was incredible. As a first time home buyer I felt informed and supported every step of the way. She made a process that was unfamiliar to me very easy, stress free, and fun. She actively advocated for what we wanted, negotiated exceptionally well, reminded us about what we needed to do to stay on time, and proactively kept us on track. She even put us in touch w potential lenders whom spoke very highly of her and worked so well with. We ended up going with a new build and she represented us so well. We were also out of state buyers and she manufactured systems to make it so that we were not disadvantaged throughout the process.Whether you’re looking to sell or buy I’d 100% recommend Keena and when we buy again we will contact her right away.
