Kayla was definitely amazing throughout the whole process of my husband and I move from TN. I found her at the last minute of our search and was unable to come back to Houston to view apartments. She listened to what I wanted in an apartment and she even went on a tour and FaceTimed me to view the apartment! She still checks in on us now to make sure we are still happy with our apartment! HIGHLY recommend working with Kayla, she is awesome.

Working work Kayla was great. I told her exactly what I wanted (type of apartment, price, area) and she delivered an amazing list of options. Throughout the process she checked on me and gave me a few tips for move-in. She is very nice and great at communicating. I loveeeeee my apartment; I wouldn’t have found it without her.

Kayla is an incredible apartment locator. Within hours of me submitting my request for apartment location services she had made contact. After an onboarding call where she identified my housing needs and wants, she sent over an organized list of properties that fit those requirements.She scheduled the tours that I wanted, and followed-up to capture my thoughts and opinions. When there were issues with certain apartments failing to appropriately book my appointment (for example one complex misspelled my name/email) she took the initiative to contact them on my behalf and rectify the issues.Should I ever need an apartment locator, I will be using Kayla again!
