    Where do I start?! I decided to sell my Townhome in which I had owned for almost 12 years, and to upgrade as it was beyond time. Kay has been exceptional throughout this selling and buying process through and through. Utilizing her knowledge, customer/client service, and expertise in Real Estate made it less stressful and a positive experience.     Repatriating back to the US and starting the home purchase/search process while out of the US with a 12hr time difference, Kay was the right person for the experience. Her flexibility and the way she made herself accessible was helpful. Her transparency and honesty was greatly appreciated.     1st off, I want to start by saying, I wish I could give more than 5 Stars. Kay was Absolutely Phenomenal during this entire process. She was there every step of the way. She handled things that I thought were huge like it was nothing. When my anxiety would kick in, she calmed me down & broke everything down to me in terms that a kid could understand. Kay answered every phone call, took conference calls with myself & anyone that I needed her to talk to with me. She advocated for me in every way possible during this entire process. She’s definitely my go to Realtor for anything. I suggest you give her a shot if you don’t have a Realtor already.

    Working with Kay was a complete walk in the park. I felt very supported by her. She is always available to speak to no matter what time you call or text. She fights for you when it comes to negotiating closing cost fees and repairs prior to closing. She has incredible resources to recommend you to and her team (Richard and Gina) work so well together. I had been dealing with other realtors for a year and a half and could not find the home I wanted and asked for. I was able to close on my home after working with Kay for a month 😀 . Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

    You wont find a better, more knowledgeable realtor in Houston...maybe even Texas. As a first time home buyer Kay was extremely patient with me. She took time to explain things to me step by step; along with constant communication via email, text, & phone calls. She remained professional & level headed at all times (even in my times of frustration) not to mention the entire process from beginning to end was much faster than I could have ever imagined.     Kay was amazing and helped guide me through my first home buying process. There were a couple of hiccups on the builders end and I was extremely frustrated and overwhelmed because of the lack of communication, miscommunication, and timing. Nonetheless, Kay was on top of it and calmed my anxiety. It will officially be a year in my home this December. I do not think I could have not trusted the whole process, especially when I felt everything was going wrong, without Kay.
