Katy has to be one of the most diligent, hard working, agents I have ever encountered in my 30+ years in and around the real estate industry. Katy replaced a buyers agent that simply was not doing the job for us. She stepped up, listened to our needs, ran searches based on our parameters, interfaced with selling agents, lenders, title agents and others to make our transaction as smooth as possible for our circumstances.
