Bottom line up front: Katie is a great realtor.I let her know up front when we listed our home, if it didn’t sell in 3-4 months, we’d pull the listing and wait for a better time for our family to try again. She hit the ground running and had professional photos taken and our listing up and running in no time. She gave us reassurance when we didn’t have many showings at first and kept the positivity flowing when frankly, I wasn’t entirely certain we’d be able to find a buyer in my short time frame. Lo and behold, Katie helped us accept and negotiate a full price offer for our home. She made sure inspection, appraisal, and contracts ran smoothly.Then, Katie turned around and helped us find a perfect home for our family the VERY SAME WEEKEND we accepted the offer to sell our home. After that, she flawlessly navigated our new purchase, making sure all the timelines matched up for a DOUBLE CLOSE on the same day. I don’t know how she does it. The stress alone would’ve had me frozen. But Katie not only successfully navigated all the hurdles, she crushed them. I have full confidence in referring her services as a realtor.
