Working with Katie made the home buy and selling process super easy and not stressful. Katie was very attentive of our needs and wants while we were searching. She made kept us up to speed on every step that was happening. Beyond all that her personality and drive really made us feel like we were taken care of by family. I 100% recommend that if youre in the market to give Katie your business shell make sure yall find the perfect home!

I cannot recommend Katie more enthusiasticly!After hiring, working with, and firing 4 other realtors I was resigned to never finding the right home for my family.However, after meeting Katie I was instantly comfortable with her and never once felt pressured into anything. Katie is a kind and understanding person who listens to you and works harder than anyone else will to get you the home that is right for you.Purchasing a house is no easy or feat, and is a gigantic expense. Most realtors will pressure you in the home search process.Katie never once made me feel rushed into a decision. Katie was the best Realtor we could have asked for. She was available and responsive whenever we needed her and professionally answered any and all the questions we had. Katie was truly invested in us and you could tell it is a passion of hers to help others sell and find their next home. She loves her job and it shows. She is so kind to everyone she meets and has built some great relationships with others in the Realtor world. Because of this she was able to work some magic and we were able to close and buy all on the same day (which isn’t easy with the COVID right now) Katie was also very respectful of us and the wishes of the sellers when it came to follow restrictions due to the Covid-19. I would 1000% recommend her to any one looking to sell or buy a house. I promise she won’t let you down!
