Libby Fish was my agent on my home purchase, and she is one of Kathryn’s team members. Libby is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She’s sharp, hard working, communicative, insightful, punctual, easygoing, and above all, she will put you first and do everything she can to make things as smooth and successful as possible for you. She helped me through a very stressful and complicated transaction and she did it with the utmost ease, professionalism, and positivity. I couldn’t have done it without her and I genuinely can’t recommend her enough. Kathryn was also very kind and knowledgeable and made herself available when we needed her additional guidance on some complicated matters.

She did an in depth analysis on the Market conditions in our area and prepped my wife an I on how to best showcase our home to be the Best in Show once listed. The professional photographs and marketing Kathryn and her team prepared were 1st class. Kathryn and her team kept us informed about appointments allowing my wife and I to always be ready to show the home. She was honest and forthright- no games.
